New UL-certificate
ANDUS obtains UL-certificate for printed circuit boards from Nelco N4000-13 with UL-V0
In particular, this high-Tg and high-speed version of FR4 is characterised by its good thermic and high-frequency properties:
Tg = 210°C
er= 3,7
tan d = 0,009
The material is particularly popular in the telecommunications industry and in applications for fast data transfer. Due to its universal properties the material can also be used as a better and possibly cheaper alternative to other high-Tg materials like polyimide glass or PTFE. Moreover, it allows for an easier realisation of HDI structures.
