Rigid PCBs

We offer you the whole range of rigid PCBs, no matter whether you need double-sided PCBs, multilayer PCBs or HDI applications with microvias and buried vias. We aim for the technically feasible upper limit when selecting material, board size and layer structure so that you can make an unlimited choice from all options for your application.


Structure and design:
  • bi-layers 0.05 – 3.2 mm
  • multilayers up to 24 layers and 3.2 mm
  • thin laminates from 0.05 mm layer spacing
  • micro-conductors/ spacing 75 μm (3 mil)
  • vias from 0.2 mm, microvias 0.1 mm
  • long slots and milling from 0.8 mm
  • edge plating to provide shielding
  • laser cutting from a width of 25 μm
  • scoring, counter-sinking, depth milling

HDI designs:
  • microvias, possibly staggered over up to 4 layers

  • plugging from a diameter of 0.2 mm
